Picking only the best grapes from our vineyard, we created a truly unique wine with scents of black plums and red cherry that are woven together with the fresh aroma of early season blackberries, all supported by a subtle warm spice of toasty French oak on the palate. Impeccably balanced, this is a substantial wine with layers of complex flavours, a rich, velvety texture, fine-grained tannins and a long silky finish.

Our port-style wine is created from our signature Cabernet Foch grapes found in the heart of the vineyard. Tempered over time by the hot Cowichan Valley sunshine, the lyrical notes of this port-style wine were brought forward by our master winemaker to parade across the palate. The heart of a king will roar as you enjoy this bold new wine.

Our latest 50/50 blend of Corivese and Cabernet Libre exhibits a medium body in this unique and vibrant red wine. Strong tannins, a generous fruity body, and a long finish on the palate. Aged in French Oak barrels, it pairs great with duck and beef dishes.
